Combined with his expertise in patent portfolio development, Brad’s experience litigating patents and representing clients in IP transactions ensures a long-term vision to maximize the usefulness of a patent across its entire term.

Brad received his engineering degree from Texas A&M University and his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. He is licensed with the State Bar of Texas and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
